Deeptrak formed back in 2011. A collective from Essex, England consisting of Tony Nicholls, Mark Dedross & Dan Andrews, all brought together by a common love of house music from the 90s – which is the main influence of the sound they are consistently producing today. In the past 2 years, Deeptrak have had huge success with tracks already signed to David Penn’s Urbana Records, Nocturnal Groove & Love Inc records – The Shapeshifters new project. As well as their own releases, Deeptrak have also clocked up a string of remixes in the last 12 months for a number of DJs such as Todd Terry’s InHouse Records, Victor Simonelli, Mjuzieek Digital and impressively a remix for Kathy Brown on Conkrete Digital Music. It’s as if producing wasn’t enough for this trio, Deeptrak have secured numerous residencies throughout Greater London including High Definition Festival, Warehouse (London) & Miya.
TONY NICHOLLS – Tony began his career as a DJ on the London circuit back in 1993, playing regularly at Ministry of Sound, The Cross, Camden Palace, Hanover Grand & Pacha to name a few. He took his musical inspiration from the likes of Danny Rampling, MAW & Strictly Rhythm Records. In 1996, Tony played his first set in Ibiza at the legendary Es Paradis for Clockwork Orange; and not longer after Tony was jetting off to Dubai, Cyprus, Amsterdam, Marbella & various other European destinations. In 2004, Tony’s first studio production was signed to Hed Kandi Records which then led onto him playing several gigs for the famous disco house brand, whilst continuing to produce under various projects until finally forming Deeptrak
